Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer THE QA / QC ENGINEER The QA Engineer reports to QA Manager.As lead auditor or auditor, the QA Engineer is responsible for:-
- Preparation of audits, including audit plans and schedules.
- Execution of audits.
- Preparation of audit reports.
- Preparation of corrective action reports.
- Monitoring and reporting status of corrective action reports.
The QA Engineer's responsibilities also include :-
- Preparation of plans and schedules for Vendor Assessments.
- Assisting in Vendor Assessments and preparing reports.
- Review of purchase requisitions of more than USD 25,000 with quality requirements.
- Maintaining status of Design Change Requests and Additional Services.
- Collating system compliance statistics for management review meetings.
- Collating plant performance statistics for management review meetings.
- Assisting in training of personnel for understanding and implementing the Quality System.
- Processing Quality Department Corrective Action reports.
- Supporting QA Manager in preparation of monthly, quarterly report for shareholder.
- Supporting QA Manager in preparation of Yearly business plan
Experience and Qualifications:
Necessary:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferable an engineering degree.
- Have at least >7 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing of ISO compliance.
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated high levels of organization, written/verbal communication and documentation skills with strong team working skills.
- Having experience in ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO18000 system
- Experience in preparation of Quality Management Manual, procedures, quality control standard etc
- Having experience in power plant, process industry in general is an advantage.
