    PROCUREMENT OFFICER

    Reporting to the Administration Manager
    1. The Administration Officer (Procurement) has the responsibility for all procurement activities for the organization, provide advice, assistance and follow up on procurement, procedures and contracts.
    2. Such responsibilities include :-
      1. Local purchasing (including preparations of Purchase Orders)
      2. Negotiating, networking and dealing with user and supplier.
      3. Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid.
      4. Respond to users and suppliers inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
      5. Review inventory stock level prior to verification of Purchase Requisition for spare parts.
      6. Monitor the status of requisitions, contracts and orders.
      7. Prepare of Inter-station Dispatch Note listing reports.
      8. To perform any other duties assigned by the management or his/her Superior from time to time
