  A reputable company in KSA is in need of a Civil Engineer with experince in Material Handeling and experince in Asphalt and Concrete.Candidate must be a Civil Engineer; with at least 5 years experience. Must deal skillfully with a diverse range of people including Consultants, other engineering professionals, contractors and sub-contractors. Must be able to cope with constant changes in business direction and improvement on layout and design. Must be hardworking and able to maintain outstanding performance despite pressure and work overload. Responsible in necessary construction documentation, including but not limited to review of contract drawings, BOQs and Specifications, RFIs and material submittals, manage the efforts of the inspectors ensuring all documentation that is reviewed is properly translated into a constructed product which meets requirements and specifications.
