    Housing Administrator will occupy a key lead role in site services section of the Facility and Site Services Department in the company to support the site staff and administer housing and living areas. He will be reporting to the Site Services Lead and will be responsible for all house rules in the Western Housing. Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Support the Site Services Lead in controlling of day to day operations of Housing Facilities,
    2. direct contact with people on a daily basis helping them to resolve any housing problems they may have.
    3. offering key advice that will help them find a solution to their housing issue.
    4. keep up to date and accurate records on all the cases
    5. continuous rounds all over housing facility, therefore most of the works won’t be based solely in an office and will be more interacting with people for most of working day.
    6. Ensure efficient and effective execution of all housing needs, managing all property assigned to them and work with wardens, caretakers, cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure that all properties are in good condition.
    7. Supervise daily functions and handle staff complaints/problems. Responsible for all records,
    8. Coordinates with the maintenance department to process work orders, deliver preventative maintenance on units, and turnover vacant units.
    9. To lead and manage the provision of a high quality, responsive housing service that delivers and focuses on positive customer outcomes and satisfaction, meeting the needs and aspirations of all staff residing in housing
    10. To deliver performance to various agreed KPIs for each service area covered, within including:
    • Complaints
    • Re-use empty properties
    • Reducing dissatisfaction among staff
    • Anti-social behaviour
    • Tenancy and estate management including regular scheme inspections and subsequent remedial actions needed
    • Safety and security of schemes, in particular fire safety and responding to Fire Risk Assessments
    1. Responsible for grounds and building inspections, move-out inspections, housekeeping inspections, etc. and for generating work orders for the Maintenance Department’s follow-up.
    2. Ensure customer feedback is actively sought by a variety of methods and that feedback received is acted upon and responded to.
    3. Ensure all available resources are deployed effectively giving customer service priority at all times.
    4. Meet highest standards of safety and environmental behaviour and performance,
    5. Make sure use of the Housing Facilities as well as services provided are safe and meet legal and best practice requirements. Make sure the systems, processes and registers required to substantiate the values of assets are maintained to standards enough to satisfy the requirements of all statutes
    6. Manage the permits required for work in the area of responsibility and ensure operations meet legal requirements and meet contractual conditions
    7. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
    8. Perform other duties that may be assigned time to time.
    Minimum Qualification
    • 5 years experience in administration or hospitality discipline
    • Diploma Degree in Business Administration or hotel management (preferred).
    • Specialized knowledge
    • English language literacy

    • Service orientation and good coordination abilities

    • Independence strong interpersonal skill, energetic and able to work with team or independently and under pressure;
