    Office Services will occupy a key role in Site Services Section of the Facility and Site Services Department in the company to performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, which includes a high level of employee services and support, while consistently an excellent work of all site services provided for site staff. Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Ensure an organized, clean and tidy workplace.
    2. Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed.
    3. Monitor and use office equipment and materials (laptops, printers, machines, copiers, physical files, etc…)
    4. Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible.
    5. Conduct clerical duties including answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail; sort and deliver incoming mail to appropriate persons.
    6. Help to immediately resolve and mediate employee complaints.
    7. Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, including coordinating calendars and security meeting spaces.
    8. Provide administrative support for operations team.
    9. Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
    10. Ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient and creating the layout of the office.
    11. Reporting an accomplishment and pending tasks to site services lead in a weekly basis.
    12. Perform other duties that may be assigned time to time.
    Minimum Qualification
    • 3y Experience in administration
    • Ability to Manage Team
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
    • English language literacy
    • Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft suite.
    • Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopies, etc.)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and dealing with any emergency problems professionally.
    • Problem solving skills
    • Teamworking skills
