Services Supervisor will occupy a key role in Site Services Section of the Facility and Site Services Department in the company to manage and coordinate all site services provided for site staff. He or she will be reporting to the Services Lead and will direct, control and develop site support and services activities including, site security, house rules, and all service providers including catering, housekeeping, medical services, office supplies, transportation arrangement, admin support, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Services Lead in controlling of day to day operations of Site Support Services,
- Monitor and control that all support services are appropriately provided as expected by the users. Control, and Execute all aspects of the services for the company owned or contracted facilities such are: cleaning and gardening-, laundry-, catering-, site security and access-, bus and courier-, ambulance and firefighting-, clinic- and waste disposal-, or any other services not listed but deemed to be important to contract or perform to improve working in site.
- Meet highest standards of safety and environmental behaviour and performance,
- Make sure use of the facilities as well as services provided are safe and meet legal and best practice requirements. Make sure the systems, processes and registers required to substantiate the values of assets are maintained to standards enough to satisfy the requirements of all statutes
- Manage the permits required for work in the area of responsibility and ensure operations meet legal requirements and meet contractual conditions
- Support Services Lead in monitoring adherence of catering service provider and compliance with highest hygiene standards. Perform daily audits on kitchen and canteen area to confirm:
- HACCP principles are strictly followed
- All kitchen hoods are steam cleaned
- Stainless steel surfaces are polished
- Fridge and freezer are regularly cleaned
- Staff are properly dressed, and uniforms are clean
- Fryers grill and grease free
- Storage and stock are available and well organised
- Utensils are properly clean
- Kitchen and canteen floors are continually cleaned
- Cleaning schedules are always signed
- Support Services Lead in supervising security functions at housing and office areas
- Evaluate, assess and analyse performance of security personnel
- Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
- Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition
- Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
- Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures
- Support Services Lead in monitoring the work of transit service operators, bus drivers and casual courier drivers. Respond to requests for assistance by troubleshooting and providing solutions to driver-related problem
- maintain transport schedules and track driving routes to ensure timings are met
- Ensure to receive all phone calls from drivers any hour in day.
- Support management team to supervise transportation personnel.
- Resolves operational problems related to shuttles and bus services
- Responsible for managing overall daily operations of laundry service
- Ensure that staff are receiving the highest quality healthcare services possible in the clinic
- supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and orderly facilities
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- It is agreed that following services will be under the area of the responsibility; site security service including assess systems, food at site including canteen operations, laundry services, clinic services, transport arrangement, waste disposal, supply, consumables
- Perform other duties that may be assigned time to time.
Minimum Qualification
- 5y Experience in administration
- Ability to Manage Team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related.
- English language literacy
- Confidence
