  Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing irrigation hoses, and other minor fixes, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
  2. Load and unload materials.
  3. Perform other physical tasks requiring minimum skill and/or experience.
  4. Assist other craft workers as needed.
  5. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
  6. Do garden upkeep and collecting trash etc.
  7. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
  8. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, hoses, planters, or other grounds features.
  9. Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment.
  10. Report to maintenance supervisor for issues.
  11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  12. Meet highest standards of safety and environmental behaviour and performance.
  13. Other items as may be instructed or and needed to run the operations as well as may be assigned by the management.
