  Job Outline: The Candidate must develop plans and programs for the implementation of all projects contracted according to studies and technical drawings. Implementation of the policies proposed by the General Manager of the Company and approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Distribution and coordination of tasks between the project managers of the company and also coordination with various departments.Monitor the progress of the projects by means of the technical, financial and administrative control procedures that are set in advance. Duties:

  • Receive all studies and drawings related to new projects and make sure they are complete.
  • Consult with the legal advisor of the company to write or interpret certain clauses of the contracts, especially before the actual compliance stage.
  • Prepare the draft financial powers for project managers and their assistants in cooperation with other departments and submit them toGeneral Manager for approval.
  • Preparation of detailed plans and programs for the implementation of projects based on information and suggestions received from managers.
  • Supervising the number of plans and programs to buy and receive materials and participate in bringing quotations and selection of materials.
  • Cooperating with administrative affairs to prepare the requirements of projects in terms of public services such as housing requirements and the likes of it.
  • Supervising the provision of project needs from manpower and moving to start projects.
  • Conduct periodic visits to project sites, monitor the progress of the projects and provide guidance to ensure implementation of plans and progress programs.
