  Electrical Technician:

  • Experience and knowledge of power distribution (400 VAC three phase) motor control center, 220 / 110DC Control systems.
  • Knowledge of medium (11kV) voltage SWGR, Generators, Power Transformers, protection relays and troubleshooting of electrical control circuits and relay logic circuits.
  • Develop and install electrical systems and control panels according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
  • Collaborate with engineers, maintenance, operating personnel and outside vendors to identify, define, and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of MV/LV motor inspection and replacement of all type of bearings.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered.
  • Familiar with all kinds of MOV’s (Motor operated valve) such as maintenance, open / close calibration (Electrical / Mechanical).
  • Familiar with using electrical equipment test and tools such as Multimeter, Megger, and others.
  • Performing and follow up daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance under engineer supervision.
  • Knowledge of Battery Charger & Batteries system, and maintenance of Batteries with all modes tests, DC systems as well as UPS system.
  • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or lighting fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Good Experience with A/C drives, AC motors and starters.
  • Experience and ability to install new equipment & Elements and/or replace existing equipment.
