  Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain NetAct system including health check, Preventive routine and handling operation issues.
  • Provide Technical support including 24/7 emergency on-call support
  • Co-ordination with BSS, RF, Optimization, Planning and NSS Teams for better management of network.
  • Handling and solving Cases with NOKIA care
  • Support Integration and re-homing activities.
  • Integrating new Network Elements to the OSS (such as RNC, BSC).
  • Generate SQL Query based report.

  Required Skills :

  • Solid Knowledge of NetAct 8 or above Administration and troubleshooting. (Minimum 3 years experience).
  • Solid Knowledge of Red Hat Linux Administration.
  • Solid Understanding of network interface protocols, Oracle 9i/10G, Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Citrix Metaframe) and Cisco Routing and Switching.
  • Good knowledge of VMware administration.
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of NetViewer and 5620SAM systems is advantage.
