  • Strong communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Exchange,Citrix, Unix, Oracle etc.
  • Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
  • Install and test computer-related equipment.
