• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production personnel and, workers and supervising the production inputs, processes and outputs within the specified production meal.
• Contribute to the development of daily plans for the items to be produced according to agreed production schedules and special orders received.
• Continuous follow-up of the production plan in order to achieve the desired goals, achieve growth and quality, and take care to work on corrective steps to overcome any problems.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure the necessary resources and raw materials on time and quality required, in addition to the storage of products as appropriate.
• Monitor the quality of products and coordinate with the Department of Quality Assurance to ensure that the products meet the specifications specified, and take corrective steps and procedures to resolve any problems or issues if any.
• Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Follow up maintenance work by specialists and report on maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
• Follow up the application of the daily program in the factory according to the meal.
• Assess the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
• Provide reports on the progress of production processes and achievements to the production manager.
