The overall objective of the job
Ensure the quality of manufacturing processes for all production lines and inspect the raw materials received for the company and any primary or secondary production inputs according to quality standards. In addition to managing the implementation of sampling processes of products and raw materials and mixes and examined and ensure that their specifications conform to the approved quality standards. Continuous follow-up of competing products by examining their specifications and comparing them with the company's products and offering suggestions for improvement and development in this regard.
Description
• Monitor all quality-related work to ensure that the company's products conform to agreed quality standards.
• Assist the company in obtaining certificates of products and global systems and follow-up procedures.
• Continuous supervision of the conditions and accuracy of work done in the company to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Prepare a quality assurance plan for the company in terms of examination and test points and reference specifications and ensure their implementation.
• Review and develop quality audits and testing procedures within various points of raw materials, production, processing and loading to enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Department in order to improve product quality.
• Monitoring the audit of raw materials received by the Supply Department and monitoring the storage conditions to ensure that the quality of the products meets the required standards.
• Develop and manage the implementation of audit plans on the conduct of procedures and processes in accordance with ISO systems and work with stakeholders to address any deviation.
• Continuous monitoring of the investigation process to determine the cause of quality problems that arise during the production process, in addition to directing the implementation of corrective actions required to solve these problems.
• Reviewing inspection reports and requesting the return, destruction or approval of the materials examined in compliance with the established quality control and assurance standards, as well as ensuring the health, safety and calibration of quality control instruments and equipment.
• Periodically calibrate the devices and inspection tools in the department and the production department and monitor any readings outside the acceptable limits.
• To achieve continuous development within the company in line with its strategic objectives.
• Follow up the ISO system in the company and work to implement it and update its procedures and represent management in matters related to it.
• Developing public safety and hygiene plans in the company and following up their implementation while ensuring that the necessary tools and resources are in place.
• Conduct comparative studies of competing products in terms of quality and specifications, and submit reports and analyzes in this regard periodically.
