Manage the daily work of the Department and ensure the proper implementation of plans and schedules related to the operation, equipment, periodic and preventive maintenance and promotion of the productive and accident-free work environment, in addition to the management of work related to technical and mechanical support and maintenance of machinery and equipment and carry out the required repairs effectively and periodically, so as to maintain the work of production lines Continuous non-stop.
Description
• Implement and develop medium and long-term action plans and develop programs that will achieve management objectives.
• Monitoring the overall performance of the Department against the results and objectives set in advance to ensure that the performance of the performance in the required direction and that preventive and corrective measures are implemented in this regard.
• Develop the required budget and control expenses and financial performance of the Department in coordination with the Finance Manager.
• Develop and manage the implementation of the mechanisms of operation of production machines according to the specifications of their operation and work to ensure the team's knowledge of the full operation and processing lines.
• Ensure the efficiency of the production lines and the management of general maintenance operations to ensure no downtime or any sudden breakdowns.
• Manage the development of plans, schedules and periodic maintenance programs in coordination with the Production Department.
• Supervise maintenance operations and ensure that appropriate support arrives at the right times in accordance with company standards and ensure that equipment is properly maintained and in accordance with preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Monitor the installation of new equipment at the time of need and manage the periodic maintenance related thereto.
• Follow up material management with regard to orders for equipment, spare parts, pumps, engines and generators.
• Ensuring the reliability, validity and effectiveness of machines through periodic field inspection.
• Provide technical advice to the production department staff on the optimal use of machinery and equipment in order to increase efficiency and reduce the occurrence of breakdowns.
• Managing the efforts related to the study and analysis of the use of machines, maintenance requirements, powers of machines ... etc. To make the right decisions and judgments related to the use of machines, their appropriate technical specifications, their durability, etc.
• Ensure the availability of equipment and consumables related to maintenance in a manner that ensures the smooth operation of the process and the availability of all materials, equipment and spare parts.
