  Quality Assurance Manager The Quality Manager is responsible for :-

  • Establishing a documented Quality System and for the preparation of Quality Plans, Audit schedules and Vendor Assessment schedules on an annual basis for the operation and maintenance of Attarat Operation & Maintenance Power Company and for the monitoring and periodic reporting of quality progress and performance.
  • The coordination and/or preparation / revision, joint approval and subsequent distribution of Quality Plans, the Quality Manual and Quality Systems Procedures and their revisions.
  • Monitoring, auditing and reporting all aspects of the Quality System.
  • Assisting in the assessment of subcontractors and maintaining the list of OMCO Preferred Suppliers.
  • Review of purchase requisitions and purchase orders for services‘ quality requirements. (> USD 50,000.00)
  • Training of Quality Assurance Auditors and training all persons with respect to the requirements of the Quality Standard and Quality System Procedures.
  • Issuing internal Corrective / Preventive Action Reports and for the liaison and monitoring of external NCRs / CARs to satisfactory closure.
  • Reporting Corrective action status.
  • Collating plant performance data, analysing statistics and reporting performance trends for the periodic Management Review Meeting.
  • Collating system compliance data, analysing statistics and reporting compliance trends for the periodic Management Review Meeting.
  • Maintaining quality records related to internal and external audits, vendor assessments and management reviews. Identifying all OMCO quality records and establishing retention periods.
  • Prepare monthly status report for top management, shareholders.
  • Implement and set up companywide Integrated Management System of ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO18000.

  Experience and Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Have at least >10 years of experience in quality management system and out of 10 yrs. candidate should have worked as Lead for minimum>3years.
  • Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high levels of organization, written/verbal communication and documentation skills with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000 and ISO18000 is a must.
  • Qualified internal Auditor.
