Senior Leasing Manager
Must have experience in retail real estate or mall leasing. Background from the renowned prestigious mall.
Main Purpose of Job
• Optimization of branch and tenant mixture subject to quality and quantity aspects (with regard to sustainable rental income optimization)
• Acquisition and development of new concepts subject to competition aspects
• Efficient usage of available resources (with regard to staff and material costs)
• Management of the employees in the respective team with a special emphasis on training, supporting and coaching
• Quality assurance for Leasing results of the respective team in field service as well as indoor service
• Supporting the leasing department in key account management and general management functions
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Key account management, strategic partnership with locally important retailers and networking
• Contract negotiation and obtaining of ready-to-sign lease offers
• Preparation and implementation of countersigning
• Conceptual work
• Development and acquisition of new concepts, tenants, locations and ideas
• In the absence of Head of Leasing substitute contact person in a local company for professional and disciplinary Leasing questions, interface between Director of Leasing and local company
• Development and acquisition of new concepts, tenants, locations and ideas
• Management and development of employees
• Key account management, strategic partnership with locally important retailers and networking
• Realization of central discussions
• Support of cross border expansion
• Contract negotiations and support during difficult negotiations (“problem solver”)
