Job Description
Studying the market conditions, competitor strategies, product performances and accordingly preparing the division level annual operating plan based on the overall Organization goals.
Communicating the plan to the team top management.
Preparing the divisional budget on the targets & spends, constantly evaluating the Agents outstanding, reviewing the credit limits, closely monitoring the collection.
Providing timely suggestions on pricing, discounts and rebate schemes.
Forcast sales and directing the divisional accounts team to resolve issues.
Reviewing geography-wise promotional activity planning and approving the same.
Directing the sales team to take-up initiatives.
With the support of Business Analyst constantly analyzing the trends of various parameters .
Receiving the monthly income statement reports in the standard formats from sales team on periodical basis, reviewing their performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Individual with a vision, clear understanding of the divisional structure & resp.
At least 15 years
Experience in handling multiple markets and products is must
Experience in rural marketing, seasonal products is must
Experience in Agro industry or at least in allied (such as pesticide, seed, and commodities) is must
Regional language is an advantage
Exposure to business management, operational experience is must
