  Below are the experiences and qualifications required for this position:

  • Tax consultant / advisor with minimum 15 years experience in tax law, planning and compliance.
  • Have proven track record and experience in implementing end-to-endtax business processes, strategies and regulations of different tax types. The candidate should mention clearly for prior such engagements:
    • Type of tax process implemented
    • Duration of assignment
    • Country
    • Year
  • The ideal candidate is expected to be coming from a background of:
    • Prior work in a senior position with tax authorities, setting up tax strategies, laws and processes, or
    • Background of working with international consultancy firms with heavy experience in taxing regulations, strategies andprocesses implemented.
  • Strong knowledge about taxing systems / laws implemented in Europe, US, Asia Pacific & Middle East, capable of showing differences, challenges and best practices.
  • Capable of creating business requirements documents and present to client management forum to get approval.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and able to present, explain and discusstax related issues such aslaw, strategies, policies, challenges and solutions with high level executives and tax experts to help in making strategic decisions according to best practices from other countries.
  • Having IT background in ERP solutions to fulfil these business processes, SAP would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel on short / long duration
  • Arabic language would be an advantage
