    Summary
    As Chief Accountant your responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements.
    Responsibilities
    • Preparation of budgets and financial forecasting as well as monitoring progress and expenditure against budget.
    • Daily and monthly entries.
    • Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and annual reports to the Department of Finance
    • Preparation of Profit and Loss account and presenting the same to Department of Finance
    • Budget Preparation and presentation to business and finance.
    • Review and monitor the receivables and advice action plans.
    • Preparation of the Cash Flow statement for each building and allotting the budget cash for maintenance expenses.
    • Prepare periodical review reports for them in developing the strategic business and consolidated financial plans.
    • Preparation of the Board report – Financials
    • Controlling expenses in alignment with the set budget and developing monthly expenses report.
    • Regular interaction with partners and management team to closely supervise operational effectiveness and achievement of the agreed targets
    • Efficient Fund Management planning through periodic forecast for proper utilization of resources
    • Proper verification of rental & lease / tenancy contracts and assisting in finalizing the documents
    • Exercising full control over PDC’s received from tenants and proper accounting & banking of the same
    • Handle property Insurance and indemnify the company from associated risks
    • Establishment of Standard Operating Procedures and Internal control mechanism.
    • Establishing improved financial systems with control and development of various MIS reports.
    • Should have worked previously worked on any ERP Systems
    Qualification
    Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 10 years’ experience preferable in Real Estate/Facilities Management companies.
