Real Estate Manager (Sales, Leasing & Renting) - Oman
Summary
Manager Real Estate Leasing and Rent is directly accountable for all aspects properties rent, sell lease etc. excellent knowledge of the local property market and wide network with good interpersonal skills are highly desired.
Responsibilities
• Must have GCC experience with high preference to Oman Real Estate market experience;
• Strong command of both English and Arabic languages;
• Must have a successful track record of building/ executing a successful Real Estate Sales, Renting and Leasing strategy and realizing targets;
• Able to provide advice to top management on market trends/ moves and best routes to take.
• Should be sound in social media marketing
• Make sales presentations or other materials.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients. Perform all maintenance work if required
• Ensure all appointment are met
• Interact and understand client requirement to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking Suggest clients suitable properties based on their expectations
• Follow up and coordinate property closings.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 in a similar post;
