Description: The scope of the role consists of Engineering on Remedy ITSM Suites 8.x, 9.x (ARS, SRMS, CMDB, Digital Work Place, Smart IT and Smart Reporting) as ITSM Developer/Administrator.
The person must have practical and proven experience of ITSM Engineering / SRM Development, (ARS, SRMS, CMDB, Digital Work Place, Smart IT and Smart Reporting).
• Implementation knowledge on BMC ARS 9.x/18.x, ITSM Suite 9.x/18.x, SLM 9.x/18.x, BMC Remedy Migrator, Web services, API's and Plug-ins, Remedy Developer Studio.
• Good knowledge of SRM 9.x/18.x, MyIT 3.x/18.x, Knowledge Management 9.x/18.x, Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio.
• Strong ITIL Framework concepts.
• Experience in proposing and implementing architecture of Custom integrations.
• Experience in configuring and working on Remedy Server-group environment.
• Previous experience of working overlay concept.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues.
• Experience with Mid-tier and troubleshoot issues with load balancer.
• Experience on Remedy Upgrade & SOAP UI will be an advantage.
• Good in customer interaction.
• A technologist hands on and energized by technology (ITSM Tools).

• Ability to do rapidly delivery with quality.
• Experience in designing business processes and implementing in tool as per best practices.
• Sound knowledge in ITSM domain with clear visions of modern IT.
Technical skills required
• Good to have BMC Certified Professional certification.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in development and Implementation of the BMC ITSM Suites and SCM tools (BMC Remedy 8.x, 9.x/18.x, workflows, ITSM Suites and SRMS development with MyIT experience) focus on BMC Service Request Management System 8.x, 9.x/18.x and MyIT/SmartIT.
• Must have sound knowledge in designing Standard SRDs, PDTs and AOTs.
• Good experience in workflows and AIF creation.
• Must have experience in implementing MyIT/SmartIT.
• Life cycle management for all above mentioned products.
• Hand on experience on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, BMC Remedy Suites.
• Best practice experience around creation and maintenance of Business Service models.
