  • Candidate would be part of Application Support team providing Dotnet Application support and managing IIS middleware platform that provide services to meet the needs of client. • Candidate would be part of Application Support team providing Dotnet Application support and managing IIS middleware platform that provide services to meet the needs of client. • Hands on experience in troubleshooting of IIS, ASP.Net. • Configurations and Deployments as per the client’s requirement. • Interface with client Stakeholders • Manage agreed SLA’s / OLA’s with internal and external stakeholders • Develops, maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation Troubleshoot and support DotNet Applications Install IIS and configure settings Configuring the Default Website, SSL, web farms, proxy servers, port forwarding,Creating Folders, Virtual Directories, and Applications Configuring and Managing Application Pools Configuring Website and Web Application Support Configuring Support for Web Applications Configuring ASP.NET settings Setting the MIME Type, ASAPI. Experience in Application performance and Tuning Experience working with configuration management tools like TFS and JIRA Candidate Must be familiar with ITIL framework and processes. Good written and verbal communication skills Understanding of the Software development lifecycle Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities Ability to manage the bridge calls with customers on technical issues/pages Good knowledge of dotnet framework Arabic Speaking (As per Requirement ) and well versed with ITIL Regular technical Degree from reputed college
