Description: Has overall responsibility for sales function in UAE, Oman and Kuwait markets. Responsible for leading growth through achievement of sales volume and profit. He will be responsible for developing regional sales strategy and its implementation as a future top management team member.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Seek and evaluate business prospects in targeted markets on country by country basis. Prepares price structure for each market. Achieves market share, maintains products visibility and distribution.
2. Develop long term sales and marketing strategy of the GCC Region and leads implementation to achieve company's business targets.
3. Develop and keeps current sales management entailing: product, country, market segment 5 p’s: Product. Price, Place, Promotion and People.
4. Prepare annual forecast of sales for each market. Continuously monitors performance against forecast. Takes action to meet goals.
5. Enhance relationship with top management of customers. Performs frequent visits to assigned markets, sorts out business issues, collects market information, monitor’s competitors’ activities. Acts as necessary.
6. Plan and direct advertising and promotion programs in targeted markets. Manage sales promotion budget against set sales growth targets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree Business Administration /Marketing from reputable university.
2. Minimum 10 years relevant experience has skills in business, sales, marketing with FMCG company.
3. Good command of both Arabic and English languages
4. Analytical & Leadership skills.
5. Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, outlook).
6. Very good communication skills.
