  • Middle Management/ 8-10 Years proven experience ,working with main contractor head office contract department , good knowledge of FIDIC, drafting subcontract agreements, drafting contractual correspondences, knowledge of pre and post contract activities.
  • Mega size projects over than 500 Million
  • Performing contract management duties including contractual letters, Claims, maintaining contract records.
  • Drafting and writing all contractual letters to the clients/subcontractors and advising site teams on contractual aspect.
  • Reviewing all pre-contract documents and issuing risk/contractual hazard report for the estimation department.
  • Administration of the Contractor main contract with the Employers and Subcontract agreements with subcontractors, with regard to all the contractual issues.
  • Prepare the Main Contract agreements with Employers.
  • Prepare the subcontract agreements with subcontractors.
  • Preparation of settlement agreements with subcontractors.
  • Analyze the contract terms and identify areas of risks and propose amendments to such clauses during contract negotiation stage.
  • Issue the Contractor’s contractual letters and reply to the Employer and the Engineer Contractual letters.
  • Preparation of Contractor’s claims in coordination with planning department and issuing claim notification letters for all excusable and compensable delays.
  • Review, assess, and reply to the subcontractor’s claims and variations.
