  Job Specifications

  • 12+ years of Software industry experience, preferably in IT services/consulting
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and allied technologies
  • Relevant experience and demonstrable experience of having built and/or led an RPA Practice for a mid-size IT services company
  • Deep knowledge in Robotic and Cognitive automation tool sets such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.
  • Relevant certifications for at least 1 leading RPA vendor
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing and supporting software solutions involving automation (particularly RPA and ML/AI solutions)
  • Knowledgeable about preparing business case of RPA for clients including calculating business benefits of automation
  • Able to drive team efforts and motivate teams to over-achieve target
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present and hold value-added conversations with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience of working for clients in the Middle East is preferable

  Job Responsibilities

  • Work with company leaders to develop long term vision, technology road map, and annual goals for the RPA Practice.
  • Responsible for defining, managing and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of RPA services and setting the strategic direction for the development of this line of business.
  • Drive growth across the verticals & customer segments for the RPA portfolio
  • Drive presales activities including estimations, architecture reviews, and documentation
  • Partner with sales & marketing teams to help in solution and estimation of proposal requests
  • Build a strategic and collaborative ecosystem through partnerships with leading product and services firms in the industry.
  • Prepare all required Technical Proposal pertinent to RPA/Automation
  • Take a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools and approaches for a RPA client during pursuit
  • Establish best practices & processes in RPA – for pursuits and program delivery to the company
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and ensure alignment to project timelines, risks and costs
  • Own the overall program management, coordination, execution, control and completion of programs or projects related to RPA
  • Provide oversight on delivery, including handling complicated engineering issues, making sure the design, code and overall solution is of desired quality
  • Setup best delivery management practices and processes within the company for RPA projects including metrics dashboards for all delivery stages
  • Develop intellectual property, including methodologies, solutions, accelerators and tools to enable the practice to be recognized as a leader in the domain
  • Prepare a team structure for RPA practice and define their roles, responsibilities and career paths of the people in the competency
  • Hire, train and retain technology team based on market trends
  • Regularly publish knowledge artifacts for internal/external consumption
  • Innovate on process improvements from technology perspective to help reduce cost/improve service delivery
  • Participate in webinars, events and marketing activities for the company in RPA and other emerging technologies
