    Sales Lead – USA Job Specifications
    • 10+ years of software sales experience in the Software IT sector
    • 5+ years of successful direct IT Services sales experience in the US with proven track record of overachievement of sales quota
    • Demonstrated success with key/strategic accounts, large deals, and complex sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
    • Deep understanding of the US IT services market
    • Experience in working on advanced, integrated, professional services engagements model working across multiple lines of business for both Scope based project engagement & Team augmentation services
    • Fully aware of technology trends, industry standards, and terminology specifically in
    • Digital Transformation, RPA/IPA, Cloud technologies and Cyber Security
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Postgraduate or Graduate in IT, Marketing, Business Management or similar
    Job Responsibilities
    • Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive sales plans to address business priorities
    • Produce and communicate an accurate weekly forecast while maintaining the sales pipeline
    • Review and provide reports on public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect
    • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy landscape
    • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
    • Work closely with the Operations/delivery team and ensure the delivery of the projects
    • Prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within client organizations
    • Create and manage large scale partnerships and alliances
