Job Description includes setting ambitious plans geared towards redefining the market and achieving key business metrics in the assigned territory by flawless execution of strategies and tactics and capitalizing on the rich continuous medical education programs to cultivate market development and expand health care professionals’ proficiency as well as:
-Participate in preparation and execution of annual marketing plans.
-Ensure market expansion, sales growth and profitability of Ethicon products.
-Create and maintain solid relations with key account customers.
-Manage sales team day to day activities, work plans and ensure their effective performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
-B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering or Pharmacy. A post graduate degree is an asset.
-Minimum 7 years' experience in the medical sales field of which 3 years in a leading position with track record of success.
-Proven ability to inspire teams and lead transformation changes.
