    FOR CANDIDATES INSIDE QATAR ONLY Principal Duties / Responsibility / Accountability:
    • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
    • Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
    • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
    • Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
    • Maintain proper records of project’s electrical equipment’s and assets and submit information to direct superior for analysis.
    • Prepare Project progress report for internal & external meetings with clients.
    • Provide superior with adequate information to prepare work progress, cost and other reports required by Management.
    • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
    • Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
    • Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
    • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
    • To ensure use of proper safety procedures/policies while carrying out work activities as per company safety policy and to undertake safety responsibilities.
    • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
    • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
    • Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
    • Comply with company’s IMS Policy and other related regulations.
    • Assists QHSE Department in implementing IMS and other procedures to ensure all works are doing in a safe way to prevent injury, environmental pollution, and occupational health hazard, and property damage.
    • Attends induction, tool box, weekly meeting, in-house and third-party trainings.
    • Shares in preparing Risk Assessments, JSA and Environmental Aspects and Impacts, Risk and Opportunity and implementing its control measures.
    • Provides necessary support and resources to other Departments in order to execute the task in safe and efficient manner.
    • Approves site employee’s HSE performance assessment with the HSE Supervisor/Officer for awarding.
    • Member of investigation team in-case of incident in the site with other investigation team.
    • Use full and proper PPE and safety equipment on site.
    • Accountable for his personal safety and that of all personnel under his or her authority, including others who may be affected by the company’s activities.
