  FOR INSIDE QATAR CANDIDATES ONLY Principal Duties / Responsibility / Accountability:

  • Assist and maintain proper Project records and functions in the Project Site.
  • Including Process Inputs, Operation and Maintenance guidance, ISO Implementation and developing methodology, Instrumentation Maintenance Planning and management.
  • Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Process Control Instrumentation Systems with following the Safety aspects.
  • Familiar with CEMS - analyzer.
  • SCADA screen, graphics development, alarms, trends, configurations.
  • Conducting FAT and SAT for PLC software’s for fume extraction system, water and wastewater treatment plants, and machine automation. Commissioning, preparing test records, operation manuals and training documents.
  • To ensure use of proper safety procedures/policies while carrying out work activities as per company safety policy and to undertake safety responsibilities.
  • Post installation support, troubleshooting and rectifying critical faults.
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. Also, co-ordinate for project invoicing.
  • Drawing submittals and follow up with clients for approvals.
  • Coordinate with procurement for materials orders & delivery.
  • Management of Staff & Labor.
  • Prepare progress report for client and management internally.
  • Ensuring work completion as per submitted schedule.
  • Ensuring delivery of project discipline as per budget.
  • Coordinate with client and subcontractors.
  • Representing the company & its management in client meetings.
  • Ensuring project procurement register updated.
  • Preparation of project dossier & submittals to client.
  • Preparation of Operations & maintenance manuals and obtaining approvals.
  • Comply with company’s IMS Policy and other related regulations.
  • Assists QHSE Department in implementing IMS and other procedures to ensure all works are doing in a safe way to prevent injury, environmental pollution, and occupational health hazard, and property damage.
  • Attends induction, tool box, weekly meeting, in-house and third-party trainings.
  • Shares in preparing Risk Assessments, JSA and Environmental Aspects and Impacts, Risk and Opportunity and implementing its control measures.
  • Provides necessary support and resources to other Departments in order to execute the task in safe and efficient manner.
  • Approves site employee’s HSE performance assessment with the HSE Supervisor/Officer for awarding.
  • Member of investigation team in-case of incident in the site with other investigation team.
  • Use full and proper PPE and safety equipment on site.
  • Accountable for his personal safety and that of all personnel under his or her authority, including others who may be affected by the company’s activities..
