  • Description:
    Basic Function Has the primary responsibility for overseeing and managing the ecommerce activities of the company with a significant online presence. Drive online business growth as well as leading the execution of online trading of company website, collaborating with cross functional sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets, site experience, traffic and analytics. Duties And Responsibilities
    1. Manage all aspects of E-commerce business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.
    2. Manage online activities with respect to traffic acquisition, on line presence, sales, conversion internal data sourcing, margins and reporting.
    3. Prepare initiatives to influence online retailers decision and growing the turnover of company brands by using conceptual selling techniques which may involve assortment, shelving, pricing and promotional offers.
    4. Partner and develop business opportunities with specialized E-Commerce platforms like but not limited to Souq, noon, jollychic, and Key Accounts different platforms. Manage the relationships with partners and ensure end to end integration of the ecommerce business
    5. Apply sales fundamentals which include distribution and coverage, visibility, availability and promotions.
    6. Develop and implement technology road map with vendors to strategically drive sales, and conversions, enhanced customer experience and continually elevate the site as a digital flagship destination.
    7. Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation.
    8. Responsible for operations including order management, inventory, ownership of payment and fraud web services, receipt, and transactional flow of all orders.
    9. Ensure to make a proper scheduling of deliveries and coordinate with concerned dept. to avoid delays.
    Create potential customer base, customer satisfaction across Saudi and international markets, execute customer order fulfillment and maintain website organization. Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights. Bachelor degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing, IT, Supply Chain, or related field from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years experience in related online platform form or similar position with a multinational environment
    • Proven record of achievement , leadership skills and analytical abilities, strong organizational skills
    • Excellent command of both Arabic / English language
    Age: less than 40 Years.
