  • Description:
    Job duties and responsibilities:
    • Participates in the formulation of strategies for the department and the process of development of these policies to make sure that keep pace with the company's strategy.
    • Raising the recommendations need to develop policies and procedures for the department of work and participate in the development process of these policies and ensure that the application process take place within the relevant legal requirements and procedures
    • Verifies the accuracy and maintenance of the HR system updates and schedules relating to compensation and associated functional with labels and grades and geographic locations
    • Daily activities of the Management by providing support and advice to employees and by encouraging teamwork and providing facilities crisis to ensure effective performance and distinctive
    • Permanent and continuous coordination with all parties concerned to ensure the implementation of activities within the performance of an effective and distinctive
    • Contributes to and participate in the preparation of budgets for the department and monitor the use of the budget to make sure that does not exceed the specified budget
    • Commitment in the implementation of policies and mechanisms and for occupational health and safety in the work environment generalizations
    • Develops and formulate strategies for the benefits and incentives granted to mobile staff to ensure the application of best practices in this area and create loyalty among employees
    • Develops and formulates proposals on institutional development projects for the company to ensure the best application of the regulations relating to the management of human resources to contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic goals
    • Supervising the implementation of the survey of annual studies related to salaries through evolution and identify data and information from the local and regional market and the implementation of the study and make recommendations for the modification and development advantages of private company employees and the incentive system in order to maintain the company's competitive advantage in this area collection tools
    • Overseeing all operations related to salaries before discharge employees for accuracy and validity and to ensure disbursement within the specified time to achieve employee satisfaction.
    • Develops and formulate own constituency strategic objectives and the development of staff performance indicators and follow-up performance through the effective implementation of actions to contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals.
    • Adoption of special projects, institutional development action plans and ensure compliance with the implementation of activities within the deadlines and within the quality approved by the company's own activities in all these projects to ensure business development in the company to assist in the development and achievement of the strategic goals of the department.
    • Performs other duties at the request of the immediate supervisor

    Job Specifications:

    ·Bachelor’s degree of business Administration or equivalent

    ·7 – 9 years of experience in the recruitment

    ·HR training certificate is a plus
