The candidate must receive, read, and understand the tender documents. Prepare tender information sheet and tender program of works. Report to the estimation manager the amount of the tender bond. Study tender specifications, BOQ, and drawings in order to implement the proper estimation methodology. Prepare the subcontractors package and follow up the quotation. Transfer the cost of labors, materials, plant and subcontractor to the estimation software after the approval of the estimation manager. Follow up the preparation of the technical submission along with the technical team.
