• Description:
  Basic Function Oversee the company infrastructure of technology operations and its evaluation as well as IT team to achieve company goals and objectives, eliminate security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintain operation and system. Manage and coordinate company's IT function across sub-functions of SAP application development, infrastructure development, operations and user support, data management and security to meet company’s business requirements. Has thorough knowledge of company hardware, software, data communications, and user applications areas.

  Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Work within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, design, propose and implement IT strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet IT requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
  2. Ensure the design, selection, development and maintenance of SAP and ERP software modules in coherence with ERP System, make sure it is successfully integrated and operated within the company’s business environment.
  3. Oversee the design and implementation of SAP technology as well as the integration and performance of all local area networks for the organization.
  4. Ensure to develop, maintain and implement the lawful and licensed Software’s/Hardware’s, and ensure that it is successfully integrated and operated in line with business environment and needs.
  5. Coordinate the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
  6. Lead the management, monitoring, and improvement of both existing and new IT processes like change management, release management and incident management.
  7. Manage and motivate subordinate staff of IT professionals; review and assesse performance, build employee capacity, support their professional development and enable employees to optimize their contribution to the department.
  8. Develop, maintain and audit IT Infrastructure, standards and software to best suit UGHI business process.
  9. Plan, implement data security and contingency measures and ensure daily backups are made. Setting and implementing information security and data recovery procedures.
  10. Develop programs of new reports or projects as requested by CEO and Department Heads.
  11. Monitor and manage all services and network equipment.
  12. Assist in selection, purchasing and implementation of new corporate IT system, software and hardware for the necessary upgrades.

  Qualifications Education

  • Strong Knowledge in SAP application- preferred SAP certified.
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science from a reputable University. Master Degree is preferred.
  • SAP & Oracle Certification.

  Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in IT development, three Programming languages, SAP & Oracle (ERP), 5 of which in management role.
  • Worked in Manufacturing FMCG business preferably with turnover above SR 500 million.

  Skills

  • Strong Knowledge in SAP application- preferred SAP certified.
  • Very good command English and/or Arabic.
  • Good management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading).
  • Very good communication skills.
