  Description: Procurement Engineer Qualification

  • BSc Civil Engineer degree.
  • Mega Project Experience.
  • Min. 12 Years’ experience, in which the last 5 were in procurement works with Main. Contractor including packages preparation, clarifications with the tenderers, comparison preparation and value engineering evaluation.
  • Ability to lead change in the organization.
  • Ability to implement purchasing protocols and deploy purchasing software.
  • Infrastructure and roads experience is a must.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Readily available on Doha Qatar with transferable IQAMA
