• Description:
  We are looking to hire IT Manager with the below competencies:

  • Able to manage Database, Network & general IT infrastructure for the company.
  • Lead implementation for different systems such as ERP (previous experience with SAP B1 is a plus)
  • Manage current software and systems used in the company and lead communication with service providers (POS: Foodics, HR: HITS, ERP: SAP B1, Others: Knowledge Base, Website, Application, Al Ameen, MS Office, Office 365, Kaspersky, Firewall, Ameyo for call center ..etc).
  • Lead and organize technical support for departments (Ipads, Laptops, Servers, Screens, Internet ..etc)
  • Lead IT team: One person currently
  • Development: Understand business processes and suggest enhancements, provide technical solutions to achieve business processes optimization
