  • Candidates must have a transferable IQAMA in Qatar.
  • The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional operational and supply chain performance on site.
  • Candidate will make a significant strategic contribution, delivering business objectives, and operational strategy which expands and exceeds the company expectation maximizing sales and margin growth.
  • Candidate will contribute fresh and creative ways of improving efficiencies, reducing waste and improving profitability.
  • The candidate will be an advocate of continuous improvement and take ownership for driving such culture through the business whilst ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Candidate is expected to improve standards and exceed KPI’s on a multitude of areas including people management, cost efficiency, health and safety, product output, waste, financial KPIs, customer service and, quality and hygiene.
  • This role is for a dynamic director who can lead from the front with an exceptionally experienced background in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidate will possess the ability to work closely with other departments to continue to develop quality, performance and best practice throughout the business.
