We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager specialized in interior FIT-OUT /Furniture / projects with wide Experience in Saudi markets, projects, and strong public relationships to lead and oversee the work. Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. And ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
JOB Tasks :
- Fully aware of Technical And commercial procedures of Interior Fit Out/ Architectural works .
- Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
- Assist in soliciting and coordinating subcontractor and supplier bids for labor, material, work schedules, project negotiation on Payment terms and equipment.
- Should be experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of general contracts, project schedules, procurement schedules and sequencing logic.
- Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.

- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives.
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Proven 10-15-year experience as an Operation Director or relevant role in the FIT-OUT /Furniture /interior designs companies and /or industry in Saudi Market /GCC
- Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.
- Must have worked in at least couple of large-scale commercial projects to understand the essence of how the entire project cycle operates.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems
- BSc/Ba in Business Management / Architectural Engineer or relevant field
