    • Possess experience and knowledge in building Construction.
    • Understand tender and bidding norms and procedures.
    • Review company strategies in market positioning and align prospect tenders.
    • Follow up and maintain the company registrar of clients.
    • Increase the company’s prospective clients.
    • Manages the bidding process and technical proposals.
    • Manage a team of engineers to prepare tender submittals.
    • Ability to sustain the current client list and develop new business.
    • Be able to work on Improvement of the company’s profile and presentation to market.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum 8-15years’ experience.
    • Engineering degree or equivalent Relevant experience.
    • The candidate must have experience in a Construction Contractor Company and preferably a Building Contractor.
    • Must have experience in bidding and proposals.
