Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
- Good experience in analysis, installation, implementation and maintenance of Windows NT, Windows
2000,and Windows2003 Server, Windows 20008 Server
- Strong experience using Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS 5.0/6.0,FTP, Group Policy.
- Experience in Testing and implementing security patches released by Microsoft.
- Good practices on Configuration and Change Management, Incident and Problem Management. SLA
metrics and Escalations for Manage Now R1 Ticketing tool.
- Experience of Installation, configuration, Migration and deployment of Windows 2008 Server.
- Software and Hardware Troubleshooting of Enterprise Servers Environment.
- Sound Knowledge of DCHP setup and troubleshooting, Active Directory/Domain Controller
Configuration.
- Good Knowledge in Documentation for Installation, Testing, deployment and troubleshooting
Windows servers.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Windows system security.
- MCSE 2000/2003, MCTS on Windows Server 2008

Key Skills Required:

- Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
- Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership
in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support
installed applications and document configuration changes.
- Good knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 including
Active Directory.
- Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment
- Expert on migrations tools (Ex. ADMT, Quest etc.)
- Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning
- Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
- Good understanding on reporting tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project.
- Should have expertise in backup products
- MCSE 2000/2003, MCTS on Windows Server 2008.
Exchange
Skill / Role: Exchange L2, Relevant Experience: 3+yrs in Exchange, Qualification: Bachelors / Masters /

Key Skills Required:
- Must be open for 24*7 operations.
- Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Experience in handling customer and severity cases.
- Multiple messaging systems hands on experience on MS exchange 2003 /2007/ 2010 versions
- Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 in an enterprise
environment including backup and restore procedures, Front End/Back End setups, OWA,
RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
- Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange
2003/2007/2010 infrastructure. Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of
mailboxes and Users accounts
- Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments. Message tracking and troubleshooting to
resolve mail delivery issues
- Configuration, management and troubleshooting of remote e-mail access using Outlook and OWA
- Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange. Good active directory knowledge to resolve
exchange related issues.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products. Administration and configuration of
Enterprise Vault Servers.
- MCSE/MCTIP is desirable

Key Skills Required:
- Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy.
- Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases.
- Strong hands on experience in complex Microsoft Exchange enterprise environment. Candidate
should have experience in handling exchange servers of 2003/2007/2010 independently.
- Experience on Configuring and Administration of High Availability environment for Exchange Services
- Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing
new system or process. Clear understanding of disaster recovery processes and of mail gateway
configuration and concepts.
- Should have knowledge about front end/back end, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration.
- Configuration of exchange policies and Email routing. Strong knowledge on Designing and Planning
of Exchange Services infrastructure
- Experience on Migration Tools like Quest Migration or any other third party tool for Inter and Intra
Exchange Organization for Exchange 2003/2007/2010. Should have knowledge about capacity
planning in distributed environment. Strong understanding and experience with MS exchange
2003/2007 and 2010 including backup and restore procedures.
- Experience in supporting exchange server health check and should be in position to recommend the
best practices. Experience in handling Blackberry servers like 4.1 and 5.0
- Experience in handling communication servers like OCS and Lync servers. Strong Active Directory
knowledge to resolve exchange related issues. Good knowledge of archiving servers like Enterprise
Vault.
- MCSA/MCSE/MCTIP is necessary. ITIL Preferred.
