    Job Summary:
    Manage and lead the retail department, guide team members towards maximum performance in order to achieve set target and thus increase revenues and profits, and ensure that the company is operating with best in class and consistent practices to drive outcomes and deliver superior customer experience and satisfaction.
    Responsibilities: Prepare the annual budget of the Retail department, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
    Implement policies and procedures of the Retail department in order to increase operational effectiveness, maximize performance and enhance service delivery.
    Provide constant direction and guidance to team members to ensure superior customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
    Manage and lead the Retail operations, initiatives and financial goals.
    Prepare comprehensive and detailed weekly / monthly reports about retail team performance and achievement of objectives and KPIs.
    Prepare the monthly incentives for the retail department.
    Review the monthly profit and loss statements to achieve revenue and sales target; and prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly sales reports.
    Conduct team meetings to update the team on best practices and expectations.
    Manage, control and approve VIP discounts.
    Follow up with the team in regards to the daily income to be deposited as per agreed schedule where it should match with POS and total cash.
    Devise and develop a retail strategy to be aligned with corporate strategy in order to maximize the sales of the showrooms, drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability, and acquire new customers.
    Conduct frequent field visits to the showrooms in order do proper auditing and ensure they comply with Company guidelines.
    Analyze sales figures, forecast and predict future sales, and interpret sales trends to facilitate planning and make informed decisions.
    Communicate with Manufacturing Company when needed.
    Plan and execute offers, promotions, discount rates or special pricing plans.
    Continually maximize sales by implementing different plans and strategies.
    Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competition’s activities; and understand the local market in order to determine business growth opportunities.
    Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry and monitor competitors.
    Maintain the stability and reputation of the corporate showrooms by complying with legal requirements.
    Monitor the training of team members to improve their knowledge base and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity.
    Devise new business development ideas and initiate changes to improve the business and ensure showrooms can compete effectively in the local market.
    Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor. Job Specifications:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
    8-10 years of retail experience (5 years in a managerial position)
    Computer Applications & MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
