Our client is in food production business , the ideal candidate shoud have expeirence in the same field and able to :
Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned foodservice accounts by utilizing fact-based selling method with Responsibility to acquire new foodservice (Restaurant) accounts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to meet our objectives, business, and sales plans for each of our products.
• Achieve targeted sales volume and value through daily visits to customers according to route plan.
• Collect due payments through following up with customers to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.
• Deploy all New Product Developments (NPDs) across customers, to ensure achievement of sales and weight of basket.
• Ensure moving all registered customers through continuous communication, reviewing orders history, negotiation, then invoicing accordingly as per received Purchase Order.
• Increase Weight of Basket size for existing customers to ensure profitability on an SKU level.
• Reach to and re-activate non-active customers to ensure expansion and profitability.
• Expand customers’ base through penetration to new customers and areas through conducting area scan.
• Build and maintain relationship with customers through regular visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
• Schedule joint sessions with the Chef to customers to demonstrate our products.
• Monitor and audit customers’ stock level to ensure proper replenishment to the customer.
• Follow up with the warehouse on deliveries, to achieve SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Update the General Manager on sales performance and activities through daily/weekly reports.
• Attend the periodic briefing sessions to stay updated on route plans, sales activities and performance, and new customer developments.
• Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he may perform other duties as assigned within scope.
