    For Jordanians only , an opportunity with a multinational services provider. Specific responsibilities Work with the BD Manager and relevant stakeholders to drive forward the marketing and client strategy within the Middle East, ensuring that it is aligned to the widercompany strategy Work with the Partners and BD Manager to identify hot topics, and trends to form the basis of PR and client thought leadership campaigns – creating and implementing a targeted strategy to raise the profile of the Middle East practice via PR, events, legal directories, website, social media and other channels Coordinate business and market intelligence research requests Prepare and co-ordinate deal alerts, articles and PR opportunities (liaising with central Comms and Marketing teams) Prepare social media content and deliver on Middle East digital strategy (coordinating posts with the Social Media Manager). Plan and co-ordinate Middle East events, from inception to completion. Collaborate with the BD Manager to extract full ROI Manage the creation and distribution of Middle East internal and external communications, Prepare and coordinate legal directory and awards submissions Manage and update the Middle East pages on our website and intranet Work with the design team to produce brand-consistent marketing collateral, including evolving the Middle East practice portfolio of print and online legal guides and tools Lead on production of Middle East capability statements, ensuring experience lists are regularly updated and kept up-to-date Support other teams/business functions on firm wide initiatives, as required Skills and experience The successful candidate will: have experience within a professional services environment have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing and business development role ideally have an understanding of the Middle East market be a self-starter with an enthusiastic, energetic, team-player approach which inspires others have an ability to present with clarity and confidence and be able to coach fee earners Key competencies Commercial awareness in both approach and delivery Strong diplomacy, influencing and persuasion skills Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail Solution oriented and results driven Pragmatic, robust and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities Creative and commercial thinker who quickly translates thoughts into decisive action and prides themselves on a job well done Consistent positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach Strong project management skills and the ability to manage conflicting timescales and multiple projects Organized and efficient with a ‘right first time’ approach to quality of work
