  For Jordanians only , the ideal candidate must have experience in Financial services(banking sector ) for a period not less than 15 years, assumed a leading position for a period of 7 years plus. Preferred former positions are General Manager OR ( Deputy GM ) . Someone from a Director level -Retail banking background is a big plus.
