  For candidates experienced in the healthcare sector of theSaudi market : the GM has the mandate toestablish a home healthcare business . Leadership: The GM needs to come from a medical background with experience in establishing a home healthcare business. You need to have the market expertise and previous experience in managing P&L. Governance: The GM needs to have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, network with relevant authorities and an absolute hold on the governance required to run the business with the best practices and high ethical standards. Responsibilities Drive company P&L in terms of revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. Capable of assessing return on investments, identifying, and building opportunities for growth. Develop and deploy a 5-year strategic glidepath for the business. Establish a core team to kick start the business, engage and establish key networks with hospitals and medical centres. Promotes a culture of accountability ensuring that leaders have the tools and information they need to deliver themes and initiatives. Monitors and reviews progress periodically (leading, process and lagging indicators) and proactively identifies and removes barriers to impact. Ensures alignment with the board / leadership to on key initiatives in the business.
