• Description:
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating and communicating with the grid operator (NEPCO).
    • Management of the local entity and the local O&M team.
    • Organizing regular meeting and reports as head office required.
    • Support the line manager as required.
    • Manage the local community with the support of CLO’s.
    • Coordinate and communicate with local government entities in areas of projects.
    • Manage and coordinate with MEMR, and EMRC.
    • Maintain communication with other RE developers.
    • Maintain good working relationship with external O&M and EPC senior managers.
    • Have an in depth understanding of the security situation in the areas surrounding the projects and capable of communicating with appropriate parties for support.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business degree a plus.
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in which last 8 where in project management.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
    • Able to respond to changing priorities and emergent issues.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Experience dealing with local community heads and local government officials
    • Renewable energy background.
    • O&M knowledge.
    • Team management and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and budgets.
