  • Description:
    • Responsible to drive aftermarket sales for product lines by setting successful sales strategies, managing sales performance of the team, fostering relationships with customers as well as attaining new customers and new market share. This position ensures creating synergies across aftermarket products ranging from spare parts, lubricants, tires, accessories covering different market segments and geographical areas within Jordan.
    • Set and develop the sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
    • Manage the Sales Team to ensure sales productivity is achieved to meet the required levels and expectations of the organization.
    • Manage quotations and sales inquiries, promote value-added services and products to customers at all stages of the selling cycle.
    • Implement sales plans to achieve sales goals, Liquidation plan, follow-up the collection process, ensure customers understand the collection procedures and handle any dispute or problems that may arise.
    • Collaborate with Business Development on selling strategies, utilizing market intelligence data to provide input regarding pricing, leads for new productsor opportunities for new customer segments.
    • Determine sales opportunities through historical sales data and market visits to identify customer needs.
    • Develop in coordination with marketing, sales campaigns and sales programs to increase sales.
    • Review inventory and sales records ensuring driving sales team to maintain inventory levels within the approved levels as per company policy.
    • Regular review with the General Manager to discuss upcoming orders and requirements in order to execute the orders to customers’ expectations.
    • Develop customer care strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Supervise the day to day operations of the sales team and managing their daily, weekly and monthly customer visits.
    • Train and coach the sales team on winning sales techniques, selling process & techniques, collection and company products.
    • Review and work with the marketing team regarding sales material, marketing campaigns, incentive schemes, product offerings bundles…etc.
    • Daily review and updates to the CRM system providing accurate forecast of upcoming opportunities and expected order intake.
    • Visit the market regularly ensuring building relationships with existing customers and acquire new opportunities.
    • Provide and coordinate customer sales presentations along with key internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure sales team maintains accurate customer data ensuring reporting is efficient and covers company needs.
    • Prepare regular and special reports reflecting activities and results of the sales efforts.
    • Following up with the branches for sales activities.
    • Distribute customers for the sales team.
    • Engineering or 7 + Years practical experience in spare parts sales or aftersales.
    • 5 + Years of Sales Experience in aftermarket spare parts industry or similar FMCG industries.
