    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects.
    • Facilitate effective alignment and reporting on projects and ensure that execution is always within stated timelines, quality, and budgets.
    • Develop and share project plans for managed projects to ensure that projects managed are executed profitably and yield the required results.
    • Provide Business lead with feedback, encouragement, and advice.
    • Setup and monitor ongoing operations of projects through metric reporting, analysis, and identifying variances from the project plans.
    • Inform project team and senior management of reaching important project milestones and develop and share case studies based on project lessons learned to support knowledge sharing.
    • Assist in conducting technical and financial analysis of the proposals submitted by the vendors along with the relevant departments.
