  • Excellent general market and industry knowledge of the electrical utility sector.
  • You have a strong interest in industry- and national standards on electrical grid planning and operation.
  • Have experience with electrical distribution system network design, including the major technical and geographical constraints to be considered when building a distribution network for electricity.
  • Hands-on experience with design, analysis and simulation software for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) networks.
  • Knowledge in Billing systems.
  • Knowledge of GIS systems is a plus
  • Speak and write fluent English, and (optionally) as many other languages as possible.
  • Electrical Engineering degree.
  • Experience in governmental metering for and distribution networks.
  • Experience in electricity distribution networks.
