    • Roles and Responsibilities
      • Develop and implement plans for the factory's initial setup and its continuous running.
      • Manage the plant's daily operations, production and workforce (all departments) to ensure objectives, production targets and safety standards are met and maintain zero accidents at factory.
      • Able to manage all the process of Upholstery production in the factory.
      • Follow up on the production schedule to meet deadlines. Keep wastages and costs under strict control. Monitor overall factory performance for production, quality and safety standards.
      • Control the factory cost, operating expenditures, and manpower.
      • Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues. Further prepare production reports.
      • Regularly inspect over and above the quality control personnel in place for finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
      • Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the division by the workers. Meeting all Statutory guidelines and Labor/Factory Act Laws applicable.
    • Requirements
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
      • Minimum total experience 10+ years overall, 5+ in the plastic and plastic manufacturing operations and processes.
      • Experience in polystyrene factories is a must.
      • Prior management and supervisory experience (3-5 years), with hiring responsibilities.
      • Technical expertise in Plastic, Petro-chems and Polystyrene & their involved machineries a must.
      • Quality and safety conscious, detail oriented.
