    • We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and building materials industry with at least 8 years of experience. The candidate should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, be self-motivated, and be able to drive sales growth for the company.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Lead and manage the outdoor sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
      • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
      • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to develop effective sales solutions.
      • Manage sales pipeline and sales forecasts to ensure consistent and accurate sales reporting.
      • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
      • Train and develop sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
      • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
      • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
      • 8 years of experience in outdoor sales in the ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and building materials industry.
      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
